I'll spare you the gore underneath.
Despite already visiting our local hospital this morning for a routine blood draw, Spencer apparently wanted a better tour of the place.
He sliced his hand pretty badly at the base of his thumb while inserting glass into a window frame at work. His boss (our landlord) graciously took him to the ER for stitches.
Things never get dull around here :)
Thank you for your prayers and encouraging comments regarding the posts I have made during this very difficult week. We greatly appreciate it.We wish you all a blessed Good Friday and Easter. We are humbled by, amazed at, and thankful for Christ's sacrifice on the cross to pay for our sins. What undeserved grace!
To Him be the glory.
goodbye, Petrova!

AH!!! Poor Spencer....glad he got fixed up. Praying for you guys!
We are so sad about Spencer's accident. It's just a sorrowful reminder that "Things could be worse." We will be praying that his hand will heal quickly, and that it will have full mobility and feeling.
How could we have hope for our collective futures if Jesus had not died for our sins and secured our place in His forever kingdom? Praying for the time when Satan will be forever vanquished to the Lake of Fire and never allowed to torment us here on earth again. And then I'm reminded that God only tarries in His patient kindness that all should come to Him. Amen! Amen!
